We are not responsible for customer-approved spelling mistakes, wording errors, formatting choices, or inaccuracies in information supplied by you.

- cropping, alignment, scale, finish, and material appearance may vary slightly in final production; and
- handcrafted, made-to-order, or print-on-demand items may have small tolerances or variations.
Where dimensions or specifications are important, please refer to the product description rather than images alone.
1.8 Personalised and Made-to-Order Products
Many Park5K products may be personalised, custom-made, printed to order, generated from your selected options, or created from user-submitted content.
By placing an order for a personalised or made-to-order item, you acknowledge that:
- the item may be produced specifically to your instructions;
- you are responsible for reviewing all customisation details before checkout; and
- cancellation and return rights may be more limited for custom-made items, subject to your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

- remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of that User Content.
We are not obliged to monitor User Content, but we may remove or refuse content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or the law.

Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless we clearly state otherwise, and include or exclude taxes only where clearly stated.
You agree to pay all charges applicable to your order, including product price, delivery charges, and any clearly disclosed taxes or duties.
Where payment processing is handled by a third party, your payment is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.

Risk in physical goods passes to you on delivery, or when the goods are first made available for delivery in accordance with the contract.
Ownership of goods passes only when we have received payment in full.

2. Refunds & Returns Policy
2.1 Overview
We want you to be happy with your Park5K order. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains your rights and our process for cancellations, returns, replacements, refunds, and issues with faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
This policy is intended to work alongside your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law. If there is any conflict between this policy and your legal rights, your legal rights will apply.

Standard non-personalised goods

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not comply with your statutory rights.

2.5 Non-Returnable Items

- made-to-order printed items;
- products created using your approved text, spelling, design, or uploaded content;
- items damaged after delivery through misuse, accident, neglect, or normal wear and tear; and
- any item excluded by law from cancellation rights once production has started, where applicable.
2.6 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly on arrival.
If your order is faulty, damaged in transit, defective, incorrectly produced, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hey@park5k.com.
Where appropriate, we may offer one or more of the following remedies in line with applicable law:
- replacement;
- repair, where appropriate;
- refund in full or in part; or
- another suitable resolution agreed with you.

Where an error arises from information you entered, approved, or supplied, we may not be able to offer a refund, return, or free replacement.
Where the error is caused by us, our production process, or a mismatch between the confirmed order and the delivered item, this limitation will not apply.

Where a refund is due, we will usually issue it to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refund timing may depend on the reason for the refund, whether goods need to be returned, and payment provider processing times.
Where law requires a refund within a specific period, we will comply with that requirement.
